What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ, and native CAD files (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor). If you only have a sketch or idea, our design team can help create the 3D model.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For prototyping (3D printing, CNC), there is no MOQ — we can make 1 piece. For injection molding, the minimum is typically 100 units to justify tooling cost. Vacuum casting works well for 10-50 units.
How do you ensure quality?
Every part is inspected before shipment. We provide photos of finished parts for approval. For critical dimensions, we can provide a detailed inspection report. Our tolerance standard is ISO 2768-mK.
What are your payment terms?
Prototyping: 100% advance via PayPal or bank transfer. Production orders: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. We accept PayPal, wire transfer (T/T), and letters of credit for large orders.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Typical delivery: 3-7 business days to US/EU/AU. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we routinely sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to protect your intellectual property. Your designs and files are never shared with third parties.
Can you help with design for manufacturability (DFM)?
Absolutely. We review every design and provide DFM feedback free of charge. This includes suggesting better orientations, adjusting wall thickness, adding draft angles, and choosing the most cost-effective process.
